1. What are the guidelines for posting my classifieds?
   In order for us to provide our users with the best experience, please review our editorial guidelines before posting your classifieds. Editorial guidelines applies to both basic and premium classifieds.

2. Is it really free?
   Yes its absolutely free for you to post and view the classifieds posted by others. No registration, username or password of any kind is necessary to view or post the classifieds. You can upgrade your basic classifieds to premium classifieds for a nominal fee at anytime. Your premium classifieds will be run for 30 days from the date of activation after which it will be downgraded to basic classifieds unless renewed. Your basic classifieds will be run as long as you need it.

3. How do I add pictures to my ad?
   Pictures are available only for premium classifieds users. The pictures are uploaded during the payment process. You have the option to choose either a gallery format or a slide show format.

4. How long does it take for the pictures to be added?
   Once after you upload the pictures during the sign up process, it can take anywhere between 1~12 hours for the premium options to be activated. Your classifieds will appear instantly in the homepage after you post it.

5. How do I make updates to the classifieds I posted?
   From your confirmation email you can edit/delete your listing, Please check the blog for the latest.

6. What is a Private Post^tm?
   Private Post^tm hides your email from being publicly displayed so that your posting remains anonymous. Any response to your posted classifieds will be automatically forwarded to your email that you used while posting your ad.

7. What are Premium Classifieds?
   Make your classifieds stand apart by choosing Premium Classifieds. We offer you 6 different options to choose from for a nominal fee with sticky listing, where your listing is nailed in our homepage for 24 hrs. Premium classifieds has the following options - Bold, Highlight & Border, Picture Gallery (with 1 picture), Slide Show (upto 5 pictures) & Featured Classifieds that appears on the homepage. Your premium classifieds will be nailed on the homepage for 24 hours and will be run for 30 days from the activation date after which it will be downgraded to basic classifieds unless renewed. You can run your basic classifieds as long as you need it. Though your classifieds will appear on the homepage after posting, it will take between 1~12 hours to activate the premium options. 8. How do I post a Premium Classified?

   New Premium Classifieds

   a) Post your Premium Classifieds by clicking on Post free and follow the instructions

   b) It takes about 12~24 hours to process your order and there are no refunds

   Upgrading old Classifieds to Premium

   a) Note your Classifieds ID

   b) Click on Premium Classifieds and follow the instructions

   c) It takes about 24 hours to process your order and there are no refunds

9. Who is your payment processor?
   We use PayPal for all our payment processing. We accept Visa/MC/Disc/AMEX. We do not ask, collect or keep your credit card info.
